Oi Sabu, we gots a bug. If you go to my friend Ebony's journal, there are two entres she cannot edit or delete, her broken coding must have done that. One of them isn't showing up as a public post. |

Er... hey, Sabu? Just got a quick question to ask about privacy-locked posts.
If I have locked a post to one person, and also friendslocked it, as the site admin, are you still able to see it?
... err, and, ah, if so, would you do me a favour and not look at the post I just made last night that's locked to Rowne?
In particular, if one starts growing, the comments thread?

Lurhstaap, I respect the privacy of my members  Locked posts do not appear to me in the admin section. If I really had a need to, I could get straight into the database to read a post, but otherwise I respectfully keep it from my sight. |

Yeah, duh on my part. In retrospect, it was pretty stupid to even worry about it. Like somehow I got this idea in my head that when you scrolled down the Recents as an admin, /everything/ appears to you no matter how it was locked. Sorry to be dumb about it, but... heh, hell, you've probably had a post or something similar with that kind of embarrasingly emotionally honest content. Massive thanks for being a cool admin and a rockin' dude. |

Kamikaze, there is a group of people who are counted as 'evolved' members, who have helped out in some way or donated to the site. One of the benefits is to have all their comments emailed to them, should they so desire.
(I found your question when it was emailed to me, for example) |

Kamikaze: Since I've disabled donations to the site (we adopted the snow leopard, which was the big goal), there's no need to go budgeting yourself all over the place. Make us an emoticon set we don't have yet or something |
